Each residence is held on a 99-year leasehold Unit Title — registered in your name, transferable, and governed by Zanzibar's condominium property framework. Owners receive four weeks of guaranteed annual stays. Outside of those weeks, the residence participates in a professionally managed rental pool. The asset works while you're not there.
